YS-80Y Liquid Oil Pouch Sauce Packing Machine is best evaluated through samples, bag specifications and a documented factory test. This page explains the decisions that should be confirmed before a buyer approves the configuration.
Article Directory
YS-80Y Liquid Oil Pouch Sauce Packing Machine should be treated as a configuration reference for sauces, oils, gels and other liquid or viscous products. The correct selection depends on the actual product sample, target weight or volume, bag construction, production pattern, utilities, cleaning boundary and acceptance evidence. A product name alone does not establish a complete machine scope.
Existing technical note: Bag Types: Film Material: Polypropylene/Polyethylene, Aluminum Foil/Polyethylene. Packing bag shape : Four-side seal, three-side seal, back seal, continuous bag, stick packs Feeding method: Vertical barrel: More suitable for sauces/liquids with better fluidity Horizontal constant temperature barrel : Suitable for viscous sauces, the temperature in the barrel can be adjusted to achieve the best packaging state for the product 1, suitable for the measurement and packaging of liquid and sauce items in food, medicine, chemical and cosmetics industries. 2, can automatically complete bag making, measuring, blanking, sealing, cutting, counting, can be configured according to customer requirements to
Product flow is the first practical checkpoint for sauces, oils, gels and other liquid or viscous products. Record particle size, density, moisture, fines, static, stickiness, fragility and variation between lots. Use representative samples during startup, stable running, refill, low-level operation, stop and restart. The feeder, hopper, auger, cup, pump or multihead arrangement should be selected against observed behavior rather than a nominal product label.

Define bag width and length, seal construction, film stiffness, print registration, zipper or spout requirements, headspace, notch position and coding area. Test the smallest, largest and most difficult approved formats. Keep retained material samples with the quotation and record which change parts or settings belong to each format.
The machine should be reviewed as a connected sequence: material supply, forming or bag presentation, dosing, film or pouch tracking, sealing, coding, discharge and downstream transfer. Check where product can enter the seal, where dust or liquid can accumulate, and how an operator reaches the parts during changeover and cleaning.

Ask the supplier to show the operating screens, recipe handling, alarm messages, sensor checks, manual jog functions and approved adjustment points. A useful handover includes the change-part list, settings record, language requirement, training scope, spare-part list and the boundary between machine-supplied and customer-supplied equipment.
A factory test should use the buyer's representative product and packaging material. Record the configuration, sample identity, run conditions, accepted packs, rejects, interventions, seal checks, code result, cleaning access and restart behavior. Keep confirmed results separate from items that still require commissioning at the buyer's site.

Review product-contact materials, drainage, access to wear parts, seal-jaw cleaning, sensor protection, lubrication points, electrical documentation and spare parts. The support package should identify preventive checks, troubleshooting evidence, remote-assistance limits and the documents needed by operators and maintenance staff.
| Decision area | What to confirm | Evidence to keep |
|---|---|---|
| Product and sample | Representative samples, variation and difficult condition | Test record and open-point owner |
| Bag or pouch | Approved dimensions, material, seal and code position | Retained material and drawing |
| Machine configuration | Feeder, forming, sealing, controls and change parts | Configuration list |
| Acceptance | Accepted packs, rejects, interventions and restart | FAT or commissioning record |
What samples should a buyer send? Send representative sauces, oils, gels and other liquid or viscous products, including normal variation and the most difficult approved condition, together with the actual bag or film.
Does the product name prove machine compatibility? No. Compatibility should be confirmed through product behavior, packaging material, settings and representative tests.
What should be included in the quotation? List the base machine, feeder or filler, bag-forming or pouch-handling parts, coding, discharge, change parts, utilities, training and acceptance scope.
How should output be judged? Judge accepted finished packs under defined conditions, including startup, stable running, refill, stop and restart, rather than nominal cycles alone.
Use the related packaging machine category as a starting point, then approve the exact model through samples, packaging checks, configuration records and a documented test. This keeps the purchase decision tied to repeatable production evidence.
